Gordon's practice includes the formation and structuring of corporations and other business entities both for domestic and cross-border purposes, mergers and acquisitions, securities law matters, lending and lease transactions, commercial real estate transactions, finance and leasing, and estate and succession planning.

Gemma practises in the area of commercial litigation, including estate litigation, contractual disputes, construction lien actions, commercial tenancy litigation and real estate litigation.

Tyler practises in the corporate/commercial, real estate and estate planning department. He obtained an Honours of Business Administration degree with distinction in 2005. In 2006, he obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree. Tyler’s practice includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, estate administration, incorporations and corporate transactions.

Stuart is a lawyer practicing corporate/commercial law and commercial real estate law at our Kitchener-Waterloo office. Prior to joining Cohen Highley, Stuart articled and practiced at a nationally recognized firm. He is an avid soccer fan; certified scuba-diver; filmmaker/photographer; and tech enthusiast.

Brian's practice offers dependable, knowledgeable, and comprehensive services relating to residential and commercial real estate transactions, will planning, estate administration and corporate/commercial business law issues.

Paul has a broad business background predating his legal career. Paul’s legal practice focuses mainly on providing sound legal advice and services relating to corporate/commercial and business law matters, real estate transactions, both residential and commercial, and wills and estate planning and administration.
