Michael primarily provides family legal services to clients in the Waterloo Region and throughout southern Ontario.

Denis has extensive experience in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Divisional Court and Court of Appeal for Ontario, and also an experienced in representing clients in mediation and arbitration ,with a particular focus on complex support and property issues.

Erin practises in the area of family law. She attended the University of Western Ontario, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science (Hons.) with distinction in 2008 and her Juris Doctor in 2012. Erin was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013.

Kimberly practises exclusively in the area of family law and has gained extensive experience negotiating and litigating in the interests of her clients. She has appeared on behalf of her clients in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal. She also holds her certification to practise Collaborative Family Law.

Ken practises family law and estate litigation. He attended Laurentian University where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Hon.), with distinction, in 2006. Ken attended the University of Western Ontario and obtained his Bachelor of Laws in 2009. While in law school, he was on the Dean’s Honour List.

Erin practises family law and estate litigation. She attended Western University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in 2000 and her Juris Doctor in 2010. Erin was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2011.

Iain is head of the family law department, and practises in the area of family law, estate litigation and pension litigation. With close to two decades of experience as a practising lawyer, Iain has extensive experience, including at the Ontario Court of Appeal, in mitigating relationship breakdowns. While he has extensive and considerable success in court, many of his cases are resolved without resorting to court or extensive legal involvement.

Travis practices civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial and estate litigation, and family law. Before joining Cohen Highley as a summer student in 2013, Travis worked in the federal public service throughout his studies, including for Service Canada, the Ministry of Labour, Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada.
