About
Becca’s practice focuses mainly in the areas of corporate commercial and real estate law. She is based out of the London office but works with private corporations and entities of all sizes throughout Southwestern Ontario, including in her home area of Windsor-Essex County.
Her practice includes a variety of corporate and real estate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, incorporations, shareholders agreements, corporate reorganizations, real property purchases and sales, leases, and asset and share purchases and sales.
Becca takes great pride in building and maintaining lasting relationships with her clients.
Education & Experience
Becca received her Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Windsor in Criminology and Psychology and obtained a Juris Doctor from both the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy, where she graduated in the top of her class.
In the Community
Becca was born and raised in Windsor-Essex County and proudly sits as a director on a local board of a non-profit foundation, as well as being a member of the Essex Law Association.
Outside Interests
Becca enjoys reading, staying active, and spending time with her friends, family and fur-babies.
