Cohen Highley LLP  is currently recruiting for the following positions;


Litigation Legal Assistant – London Office

We require a highly motivated individual to work within our organization.  Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for this very busy working environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks (although the position is not limited to those listed below)

  • Answering Phones
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Preparing Legal Documents
  • Preparing Correspondence
  • Maintaining a bring forward system
  • Opening and Closing files
  • Billings
  • General Office Duties

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience.  Experience in Personal Injury law would be a valuable asset.

Law Clerk designation preferred.  Candidates need knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
