Cohen Highley LLP  is currently recruiting a part-time Receptionist for our London office.

Our clients are very important to us, therefore, the chosen candidate must be able to manage a very busy reception area.

Our successful candidate must be friendly and welcoming to our clients.  They must also be able to multi-task and they must have exceptional telephone skills.


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Receptionist role
  • Experience with a Polycom telephone system
  • Ability to handle multiple telephone lines
  • Knowledge of Windows XP and Microsoft Office

A competitive salary and compensation package will be offered to the right person.  This is a part-time position in the afternoon, Monday through Friday, 1:00pm-5:00pm.

Cohen Highley LLP  is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant for our London office.

We require a highly motivated individual to work within our organization.  Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for this very busy working environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Answering phones
  • General office duties
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Maintaining a bring forward system
  • Opening and closing files
  • Billing


  • Successful completion of an Office Administration program or the equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment
  • Experience working with Excel spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and Outlook
