Cohen Highley LLP is currently recruiting a Client Intake Coordinator for our London office.

Cohen Highley is seeking a Client Intake Coordinator who will be responsible for initial client intake calls as well as completing conflict searches and file openings.  This position could lead to a legal assistant/clerk role for the candidate who has the right attitude and skills.

The right candidate will possess:

  • the ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a Law Clerk Program
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative setting
  • Experience in a legal environment would be an asset.
