Residential Landlord-Tenant Disputes 2023: Essentials for Lawyers and Paralegals” which will be held on-line live on
April 21, 2023 from 9:00 AM until 5:00 P.M.
The focus of the conference is an update of a range of legal issues which have come to the fore over the past year. In-house clerks, Paralegals and Lawyers employed by multi-res landlords and property managers will gain insight into some of the most compelling issues facing multi-res stakeholders (landlord or tenant) and strategies for meeting the practical and legal challenges of processing applications at the LTB and in the appellate courts.
