Michael graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1963 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He entered law school at the University of Western Ontario. Michael articled in Kitchener in 1966 to 1967 for a litigation firm. During his articles, he did a substantial number of trials in what is now known as Small Claims Court. More →

Iain is head of the family law department, and practises in the area of family law, estate litigation and pension litigation. With close to two decades of experience as a practising lawyer, Iain has extensive experience, including at the Ontario Court of Appeal, in mitigating relationship breakdowns. Brad was the winner of the Rogers Bereskin and Parr Prize in intellectual property. Brad has practised in London since his call to the bar in 1987. Travis practices civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial and estate litigation, and family law. Before joining Cohen Highley as a summer student in 2013, Travis worked in the federal public service throughout his studies, including for Service Canada, the Ministry of Labour, Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada.
