Our team has a vast range of experience in motor vehicle litigation. The law in this area has undergone significant changes over the last 12 years often leaving the general public confused over the right to compensation. We invite questions from potential clients and will honestly evaluate the chance of recovery at the outset. There is no charge for an initial interview so you are not out of pocket if you choose not to pursue your claim or retain our services.

While compensation is available when the injury is the result of the negligence of another, the path to it can seem daunting. We quickly determine who the at fault party is and quantify the compensation to which you are entitled. We provide answers to your questions and ensure that you receive the appropriate medical care, rehabilitation, assistance in returning to the workplace, counselling and wage loss benefits.

Significant no-fault benefits are also available to the party at fault for a motor vehicle accident and we are available to ensure that those benefits are paid appropriately and in a timely manner. We also have significant experience in obtaining the appropriate experts and negotiating full and final settlements of no fault benefits.
