Qualifications:

  • Must have own vehicle and be able to travel

Cohen Highley LLP is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, responsible, and organized IT Support Specialist to join our IT team.  This role will be full-time in our London office but will travel to all Cohen Highley LLP office locations from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • University/College Graduate from an IT related program
  • 1-2 years in the legal industry preferred, but not required
  • Customer service experience, especially from an IT related industry
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 Desktop management services, Microsoft Office and M365 suite of services, Adobe Acrobat, Sophos AV, and VOIP Telephony fundamentals
  • Available to work 8am-4pm shifts, Monday to Friday. However, depending on projects and deadlines, lieu time and after hours support will be required.
  • Valid drivers license, access to a vehicle

Responsibilities include:

  • This role is a combination of telephone, email, desk side, and remote support.
  • Provide first level support to the end user community for all Firm standard applications and hardware provisions. The candidate will work alongside fellow IT staff members (4) and escalate issues to others, as required.
  • Install, repair or replacement of hardware and other electronic office equipment
  • Perform complex moves, adds, changes of desktop computer hardware
  • Complete on premise and virtual meeting room setups
  • Assist with the organization and management of team projects
  • And other duties as assigned

Cohen Highley LLP is currently recruiting an Applications Specialist for our London office.

Qualifications:

  • University/College Graduate from an IT related program
  • 2 or more years experience in the creation and management of software images and distribution; experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit applications and methods required.
  • Application and patch delivery, experience with Windows System Update Server (WSUS) required
  • Intermediate to advanced experience supporting Microsoft Office and M365 applications, Adobe Acrobat
  • Customer service experience, especially from the legal industry

The right candidate will be able to:

  • Maintain end user software image and systems for software distribution;
  • Maintain delivery of system and application patches to end user systems;
  • Manage firm login script and group policies;
  • Manage systems for user endpoint monitoring and management, including inventory and software delivery;
  • Investigate and resolve application issues and JIRA ServiceDesk escalations;
  • Maintain currency of business application licenses and CAL allocations;
  • Maintain functional and procedural documentation;
  • Provide remote and desk-side assistance to users as required, including on premise and virtual meeting room setups;
  • Participate in the development and management of team projects.
