Afolabi Lucas



Afolabi practices in the condominium, land development, and real estate department working in both the London and Kitchener office. Afolabi is part of the multi-residential housing group, and his practice focuses on advising land developers on the acquisition of land as well as the municipal and regional approvals required to develop the land. Afolabi has obtained substantial experience in land development, condominium, and planning law, having worked for developers across the golden horseshoe region of Ontario. The breadth of Afolabi’s practice allows him to offer solutions to clients on condominium development, real estate acquisition, housing, and multi-residential development.

Afolabi is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 15 years of international experience in dispute resolution, advocacy, assembly and analysis of evidence, obtained in the United Kingdom and Nigeria.

Afolabi is qualified to practice law in Ontario (Barrister, Solicitor, and Notary Public) and in Nigeria as a Barrister and Solicitor.

He has construction management experience having worked on several projects in Ontario, valued at over $300 million.

Afolabi has a penchant for personal physical development and he’s passionate about football (soccer).
