Laura Groshok

Laura has been representing Landlords since 2005, when she found her niche advocating at the Landlord Tenant Board and Small Claims Court. She is an alumna of both Fanshawe College (Business Management Certificate) and triOS College (Paralegal). In 2008, Laura was designated a Paralegal Licensee by the Law Society of Ontario (then Law Society of Upper Canada). Laura has nearly two decades of experience representing both a large and well-respected developer and owner of multi-residential housing and smaller landlords and property managers.

Laura’s valuable work experience and dedication have been acknowledged through her many achievements while sitting on the Boards of Directors of the Paralegal Society of Ontario and the London Property Management Association. Today, she continues to be an active member volunteering on committees. She has written and presented education seminars on behalf of the Law Society of Ontario and the London Property Management Association. Laura’s optimistic and practical approach to her clients’ matters ensures exceptional, responsive and cost-effective legal advice and representation.
