About
Kevin F. Lundy is a member of the Multi-Residential Housing Group and provides risk management advice and representation to landlords, property managers, and other housing providers.
Education & Experience
Kevin obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 1995 and a Bachelor of Science in 2000 both from the University of Victoria and his LLB from Western Law in 2003. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004. Prior to joining Cohen Highley, he worked as a sole practitioner in criminal defence before serving as an adjudicator and a vice chair at the Landlord and Tenant Board and more recently, an adjudicator at the Licence Appeal Tribunal. From 2016 to 2019, he served on the advisory committee for the Paralegal Studies Program at Conestoga College.
Outside Interests
Outside the firm, Kevin enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family. He was also a member of the programming committee for the Grand River Film Festival.
