Rachel M. Martin

Rachel Martin, a Lawyer in our Commercial Litigation Group, takes a client-centric approach to dispute resolution. Born and raised in Woolwich ON, Rachel practices out of our Kitchener office.

Rachel has a special interest in employment law as well as general commercial litigation.

Rachel is passionate about advocating for her clients and navigating them through the complexities of negotiation and litigation. Rachel has a particular interest in Employment Law and Contract Disputes; she is ardent about ensuring her clients’ rights are protected and that they receive successful outcomes.

Rachel graduated with an Honours BA from York University in 2020, and received her J.D. from Western Law School in 2024, after which, she completed her Articles at Cohen Highley.

Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors with friends and family, or indoors with puzzles or reading.
