Frannie Simms
PARALEGAL
Frannie is a Licensed Paralegal in Cohen Highley’s Multi-Residential Housing group.
Frannie provides strategic advice and representation to professionals in the multi-residential housing industry. Frannie is a passionate advocate for her clients, ensuring they understand the legal process, the applicable legislation, and how to prepare for their matters before the Landlord and Tenant Board.
Frannie completed her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) at Western University in 2018, and obtained her Paralegal Graduate Certificate at Fanshawe College in 2022.
In her spare time, Frannie enjoys traveling, playing soccer, attending concerts and festivals, and spending time with friends and family.
