Josh is a commercial litigation lawyer with a primary focus on estate litigation, but also represents clients in contractual disputes, real estate disputes, commercial tenancy disputes, and construction law matters. His practice also includes wills and estate planning as well as advising and guiding executors through the estate administration process. Josh represents clients in defending and challenging the validity of wills, dependent support claims, estate accounting and administration disputes, power of attorney litigation, capacity litigation, rectification and variation of trust applications, and guardianship applications. Josh employs a results-focused mindset to all areas of his practice, assisting his litigation clients in reaching pragmatic and cost-effective solutions, and creating robust and well-structured plans for his clients.

Outside of the office, Josh can often be found reading historical non-fiction, playing squash and golf, and attending live music and concerts.
