Cohen Highley LLP is currently recruiting an Experienced Condominium Lawyer

Our head office is located in London, Ontario. However, this position is open to be based out of London, Kitchener, Windsor or Strathroy, Ontario.

Our multi-residential housing group offers comprehensive legal services to the multi-residential housing industry, including development and construction, operations (preparation and enforcement of contracts and lease agreements, regulatory compliance, and risk management), and representation before the Landlord Tenant Board, the Condominium Authority Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Courts.

Applicants must have at least three years of experience, with a focus on condominium operations, governance and litigation and strong professional and academic credentials.

We are dedicated to our clients and tailor solutions for their specific needs to help them achieve their goals. We understand the multi-residential industry and we represent clients through all aspects of acquisition, development, financing, and operations.

• Strong Education Background
• Licensed to practice in Ontario
