Corporate Lawyer
Salary range:
 CA$115,000 – CA$165,000 per year

Our Corporate Law group provides strategic, commercially practical, and results‑driven legal counsel to businesses at all stages of growth. We advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including business formation and structuring, governance, shareholder and partnership arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and commercial transactions. Our practice also includes complex and high‑stakes matters involving regulatory compliance, corporate disputes, and negotiations, with a focus on delivering practical, durable solutions that protect our clients’ interests and support their long‑term objectives.

Salary Range: $46,000 – $52,000 per year

We assist clients in disputes arising from the breakdown of personal relationships, including separation and divorce, parenting and decision-making issues, child and spousal support, property division, and domestic contracts. Our work also includes complex and high‑conflict matters before the Courts and applicable tribunals, with a focus on achieving practical, durable outcomes while protecting our clients’ rights and interests.
