Cohen Highley LLP is currently recruiting a Senior Civil Litigation Lawyer to fill an existing vacancy. This position will be based in our Windsor office.
Our Commercial Litigation group provides strategic, results-focused representation to businesses and individuals in a wide range of commercial disputes, including matters between businesses, between a business and an individual, and between individuals arising from a business context. Our work includes breach of contract and other commercial claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, employment-related disputes, construction-related disputes, and other complex civil matters before the Courts and applicable tribunals.
We are dedicated to our clients and tailor solutions to their specific needs to help them achieve their goals. We understand that every client’s matter is unique we tailor our approach to each client’s objectives and deliver clear, practical advice at every step, whether the best path is negotiation, mediation, or litigation.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- Self-motivated
- Excellent client service skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Salary Range: $115,000 – $165,000 with the opportunity for additional compensation and bonus depending on performance metrics.
