AboutMegan is a licensed paralegal with the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Administrative Law groups. Megan provides legal services and advocates for clients in the Small Claims Court jurisdiction of the Superior Court and advocates within the jurisdiction of the Condominium Authority Tribunal (the “CAT”) of Ontario. On occasion, Megan will appear at the Landlord and Tenant Board (the “LTB”) to provide legal services and advocate exclusively for Landlords, throughout Southwestern Ontario, as a part of her practice within the firm.
Megan is a graduate of Western University with a double Honours B.A. in Criminology and Sociology and in 2013, Megan graduated with distinction from the post-graduate Paralegal Program at Fanshawe College. Following her years as a student at Fanshawe College, Megan was a part-time professor in the Law Clerk and Paralegal Programs with Fanshawe College from 2015 through 2018. Megan has been licensed as a paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario since 2014.
