Cohen Highley celebrates 50 years!
Cohen Highley LLP
Founded in 1974 in London ON, Cohen Highley has operated under the guiding principle that we are part of a larger community, and as such we have a responsibility to lead by example and ensure that our community members, clients, and staff are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. This principle, combined with our commitment to innovative legal solutions, and ongoing professional growth will continue to guide us as a firm.
Cohen Highley will be commemorating our momentous anniversary this year with many events that will celebrate our staff (past and present), our clients, and our community, without whom, we would not have achieved any of our successes over the last 50 years.
A Bit About Harris Cohen and Frank Highley
Harris Cohen
A native Londoner, Harris founded the firm shortly after being called to the bar in 1973. Harris’ vision for the firm (in his own words) was to practice law with the highest competency; provide each client with responsive service and effective solutions; provide a stable, nurturing, and enriching environment for employees; and to always recognize that the firm is a part of a larger community and must contribute to that community.
Frank Highley
Frank was called to the bar in 1975 and joined the firm in 1991. He was originally from the U.K., and came to Canada in the 1960’s. Frank was considered an icon in the legal community, his colleagues describe him as a “mentor and a friend”, adding, “Those who were close to Frank knew his caring soul and we are all the better for it.”
