John’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, commercial and insurance litigation, estate matters, administrative law and appellate advocacy. John also assists health professionals in administrative proceedings.John was awarded the London Life Insurance award for highest standing in Insurance Law, the National Trust award for highest standing in Trusts Law, and Winner of the Appellate Advocacy Competition.
He was called to the bar in 2006.
John was born in Burlington, and now is a long time resident of St. Thomas. The father to two wonderful boys, Mark and Derek, and a beautiful daughter, Ella. John plays baseball and golf; and saxophone and guitar. He also enjoys canoeing and boating in Muskoka where he meets up with his sister, brother and parents at the family cottage.
